Some of our Higher Ability mathematicians visited OLR The Entrance for a mathematics enrichment day. The day provided purposeful enrichment alongside the classroom curriculum, and the opportunity to network within the wider systemic community.
The students spent the morning exploring complex mathematics questions with like-minded peers and the afternoon programming Sphero robots to investigate mathematical problems.
All students proved to be creative problem solvers, sharing many strategies and solutions with each other.
